Female medical care workers around the world keep on confronting numerous difficulties in the working environment like family duties, gender inequalities and poor human resource policies,that affects their professional growth in a very negative way. Let’s not forget the fact that They have greater chances of being harassed at work and are often less likely to be promoted or even to be moved into higher positions. At this point it is not a surprise since The U.S. medical establishment has a long legacy of discriminating and exploiting black Americans for many years now. If we have to compare male physicians to female physicians we can see a huge difference. Females tend to experience negative psychological states like depression and other difficulties more than their male coworkers also compared to male doctors more of them may engage in thoughts of suicide which is pretty sad and not fair at all and really deceiving to hear especially for the female young teenagers out there that wants to pursue a medical career like myself. Even if it’s not always about the gender the race causes a lot of problems too.The black community tend to have a hard time when it comes to finding a truth worthy provider since and we can’t blame them since historically, medicine has used black bodies, without consent, for its own advancement. Let’s give the example of Dr.Irobunda who was working in a rural upstate in New York and once had a white patient who refused to be taken in charge by Dr.ronbunda because of her black skin color which was a really bad experience for her that affected her confidence.
