The medical community should really address the real problem, distrust, and racism that is deeply embedded in the medical field. Sometimes the real problem is the people so let’s find a way to educate them and make them understand or just ensure that they are prepared by incorporating the idea of certain bias into the medical educational programs for instance Health care organizations should also offer training to health care professionals to address implicit bias. The bias is serious and I personally feel like they should address it . We can create an environment adequate for all people and especially encourage diversity in clinics and hospitals. For the most part we must really knowledge the dark past of from years of discrimination in order for the efforts to improve the health outcomes for black Americans to be effective.
